Kelli Investment Group was founded in 1996 by John Kelli. Since the very beginning, it focused on sectors which have relevant competitive advantages among its industries and countries, mainly agriculture and real estate investments. They have strong earnings power and the potential for sustained growth. Throughout these years, the investment fund had a steady growth maintaining our core philosophy, welcoming new private investors who share our foundational view.
Focus
At its inception, John focused on the acquisition of whole loans and whole loan portfolios secured by commercial real estate. Since then, he has expanded his focus to include operating companies and has taken two public companies private. The firm’s aggressive management and marketing techniques have provided a number of successful acquisition and turn-around stories.
